Turn AI ideas into
a plan you can act on.

A facilitated working session with your business and technology leaders. We surface the opportunities, weigh them against value, effort and readiness, and leave you with a prioritized adoption roadmap and a first use case worth building.

Talk about AI Innovation WorkshopSee what you get
Best when
Everyone has an AI idea and nobody has a priority.
You bring
Business leaders who know where the work gets stuck.
You leave with
Ranked opportunities and a roadmap with the reasoning behind it.
First step
A short call to agree who should be in the room.

You might be here if

Does any of this
sound familiar?

Why start here

The hard part of AI
is choosing.

Ideas are cheap. The scarce things are knowing which workflow is worth improving, whether your data and people are ready, and what “better” would be measured against. Without that, AI work follows enthusiasm instead of evidence.

The workshop is built for the people who run the business, not only the people who run the systems. We bring the technical judgment and the structure. You bring the knowledge of where decisions slow down, where documents pile up and where experienced people spend their time on work that should not need them.

What you get

A short list, and the reasons for it.

Everything is written down so the people who were not in the room can follow it and challenge it.

A shared picture of the work

A plain map of where decisions, documents and handoffs slow the business down, in the language of the people doing the work.

Opportunities, ranked

Each candidate described simply, with value, effort, data readiness and risk set side by side.

An adoption roadmap

Sequenced starting points with owners, and the evidence you would want at each stage to continue, change course or stop.

ROI reasoning you can challenge

The assumptions behind each estimate are written down, so finance and leadership can test them instead of trusting them.

A first use case, well specified

One opportunity described clearly enough to try. It can go straight into a Challenge24 prototype.

How it works

One clear step at a time.

  1. Prepare

Agree who attends and what to look at: current processes, systems, earlier pilots and the questions leadership is asking.

  2. Workshop

Facilitated sessions to map the work, generate and challenge ideas, and score them against value, effort, readiness and risk.

  3. Roadmap

We write up the ranked opportunities, the sequencing and the reasoning, ready to share beyond the room.

  4. Decide

Walk through the roadmap together and choose the first move, including what you will deliberately leave for later.

What changes

From where you are to where you want to be.

  • From: A long list of AI ideas

To: A short list ranked by value, effort and readiness

  • From: Opinions about what AI could do

To: Assumptions written down and open to challenge

  • From: Pilots chosen by enthusiasm

To: A first build chosen on evidence

  • From: IT and the business talking past each other

To: One shared view of the work

Before you start

What to expect.

A workshop is not a build.

It produces a roadmap and a first use case. It does not produce production software.

Questions

Common questions.

Who should attend?
The business owners of the workflows under discussion, someone who understands your data and systems, and a decision-maker who can commit budget. A small working group works better than a large audience.
Do we need technical AI knowledge?
No. The session is designed for business leaders.
What if nothing turns out to be worth building?
That is a useful result. We would rather say so than invent a project. The roadmap records what we ruled out and why.
How is this different from a strategy deck?
It ends with a specific first use case and the evidence needed to continue or stop, not a catalogue of possibilities.
What happens afterward?
The roadmap is yours, and any capable team can use it. A Challenge24 prototype of the top use case is a natural next step.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
Format and length depend on the number of workflows and participants. We agree scope and fee before the session begins.

Bring the ideas. Leave with a plan.
